历史及发展

1930年代，洪克协先生的祖父洪鹤友先生及其好友沉湘波先生于广东汕头市创办了合兴油厂，随后于1932年开始在香港开设了合福祥庄和合顺庄，经营食油进口、包装及分销业务。合兴油厂生产之食油新鲜卫生，因此很快便畅销香港。

1936年，狮球唛正式诞生，并首推出狮球唛花生油。1940年，香港沦陷期间，洪鹤友先生携眷还乡。香港重光后，洪祥佩先生回港继承父之大业，主理合顺庄暨合兴油厂，加以发扬光大。

抱住质量为先的宗旨，合兴油厂于1950年于青山道自设厂房，以迎合香港市民对高品质食油的要求。由于合兴生产之花生油味道浓郁，大受广大市民欢迎。

1991年，合兴食油于元朗自设炼油厂，成为香港拥有炼油厂房的食油製造商。每天生产新鲜、健康的食油。
