湖南洁宇日化新技术股份有限公司位于美丽的湘江之滨湖南株洲，2010年2月由钟存仁先生发起，经株洲市工商局注册成立，注册资金为2000万元，是中国第一家专业致力于活性氧洗涤产品研发、生产和销售的企业。

2002年集团公司在企业发展规划中，看到现有日化产品对人体和环境存在的风险性，筹划借助自身原料生产的优势，利用活性氧、生物酶、植物基表面活性剂开展生态洗涤剂的研制。

2003在广东中成化工股份有限公司建立试验装置，先后注册“奥素洁”“氧净”两个商标，在广东省广州市展开市场试验，并根据市场反应不断改进产品。

2009年在其子公司湖南智成化工有限公司利用纯碱和双氧水的生产优势，建立一套2万吨/年的工业化装置，同年9月试产成功，产品覆盖两湖两广等南方区域，接受市场的检验。

2010年2月，氧净项目的开发团队组建湖南洁宇日化新技术股份有限公司，原中成创始人钟存仁先生出任董事长，独立运作氧净项目，继续进行技术改造和市场试验，并用三年时间解决活性氧产品的定位和大规模工业化的主要问题。

2011年10月洁宇日化迁入湖南株洲渌口经济开发区南洲新区，首期投资1.2亿元，新建一个占地面积80余亩，建筑面积逾5000平方米的生产基地。

2013年6月28日，湖南洁宇日化新技术股份有限公司的年产十万吨氧净项目顺利竣工，项目达产后，需要员工为500人左右，年销售额预计为10亿元人民币，洁宇日化成为全球最大的活性氧洗涤剂生产基地，标志氧净事业掀开了一个全新的篇章。
