哈尔滨维科生物技术有限公司(简称维科生物)是中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所(简称哈兽研)独资的一人有限责任公司，是农业部禽流感疫苗生产企业和技术依托单位。

维科生物成立于1992年，专门从事动物疫病防治用生物制品的研发、生产、销售、技术咨询与服务，是具有独立法人资格的企业，主要是对哈兽研科技成果进行孵化、转化及孵化后的推广。

维科生物现有员工中具有大专以上学历人员超过70％，其中高级职称人员4人，副高级职称人员21人，具有博士、硕士以上学位人员62人。中高级职称人员中，绝大多数是哈兽研所获科技成果的完成人。

公司新址落成于2008年，并于2009年7月整体通过农业部兽用生物制品GMP验收。新址园区面积约11.4万平方米，建筑面积6.2万平方米，共有17条生产线，主要设备为进口，自动化程度高，工艺优良。另有国家禽流感疫苗抗原储备库、质量检验、研发、动物实验、立体仓储等配套设施。

依托维科生物的黑龙江兽用生物制品工程技术研究中心与哈尔滨市兽用生物制品工程研究中心运行良好。经国家发改委立项与批准，维科生物参股组建的动物用生物制品国家工程研究中心也已正式运行。

维科生物生产的历代禽流感疫苗均在禽流感疫情防控中得到了广泛应用，解决了不同禽种的有效免疫问题，为我国禽流感疫情的防控做出重要贡献。目前维科生物的禽流感疫苗已在越南、埃及、印尼广泛应用。
