淮南舜岳水泥有限责任公司(原淮南矿务局水泥厂)是原淮南矿业集团水泥有限责任公司辅业改制剥离后而成立的，是淮南矿业集团有限责任公司相对控股的非国有独资公司，是依现代企业制度而建立的新型企业。目前下属两个子公司（淮南舜岳余热发电有限责任公司和阜阳舜岳水泥有限责任公司）。

公司位于淮南古战场，西枕八公山麓，东临淮河之滨。座落在淮河之滨，八公山下，东临蔡新公路，南接谢家集区，西、北两面环山，厂区公路与206国道相通，距淮河码头仅2.5公里，水路可由淮河直接入洪泽湖进长江，自备铁路专用线与淮阜线、淮南线、京沪线相连，交通运输十分便利。

公司是安徽省建材行业的骨干企业，公司现有两条日产2500吨水泥熟料干法生产线及配套余热发电,本部有年产2X120万吨水泥粉磨生产线（一期），阜阳有年产60万吨水泥粉磨生产线。日产4500吨水泥熟料生产线正在建设中。现年生产水泥熟料200万吨及水泥300万吨，主要产品有： P.O42.5，P.O52.5普通硅酸盐水泥，P.C32.5复合硅酸盐水泥。
