安阳市岷山有色金属有限责任公司（以下简称“公司”）始建于1992年，是一家集城市矿产、资源再生、综合利用、新型材料、智慧能源为一体的循环经济清洁生产企业。
从1992年建厂到今，公司生产工艺经历了从烧结锅到烧结机再到底吹炉；鼓风炉到热渣还原炉；回转窑到热渣烟化炉的升级改造，逐步淘汰落后工艺。2009年起，公司与中国恩菲公司联合研制、开发建设了一条单条生产能力为设计年产10万吨铅生产线——“富氧底吹熔炼-热渣底吹还原-热渣烟化提锌的三连炉一体化生产线”,项目总投资6亿元， 2012年工程全部建成投产。
目前公司主要产品及年生产能力——国标1#电解铅15万吨，合金铅5万吨，延伸工艺综合回收黄金500公斤、银300吨（取得商务部白银配额）、铜3000吨、锌2万吨、锑白500吨 、铋300吨、碲10吨、铟10吨、硫酸15万吨、精制酸3万吨等。
