2010年2月，在省妇联的支持下，陕西妇联巾帼秦嫂家政有限公司（“秦嫂家政”）成立，承接了原陕西省妇联巾帼家政职介中心职能，占地面积500余平方米，设有理论课教室、多媒体教室、实操实训室、技能鉴定中心和学员宿舍等培训场地，为广大城乡妇女提供家政业务知识培训、职业介绍、技能鉴定等一条龙服务，帮助妇女创业就业。
