本着“就近学车、快捷拿证、学在鸿升、考在鸿升”的办学理念，在太钢不锈钢园区建有设施完善的高标准全科目大型考场，并已在太原各大城区设立了大型自营校区，有长风总校、万达分校、双东分校、北城分校、河西分校，且在未来还会继续延设，彻底实现大众出了家门就能练车的便民愿望。
