天津市春合体育用品厂始建于1922年，历史悠久，技术力量雄厚，是目前我国势力最强的能生产符合国际标准的体操比赛使用器材的专业厂家。

本厂主要生产全套体操器材、杠铃、健身器材、田径和球类器械、场馆设施等六大系列，同时，还生产大、中、小学、工矿企业、部队等使用的中低档教学及训练的各项器械。并为新建体育场馆设计、施工优质木地板、塑胶场地、铺设草坪及场馆内的各种配套设施。“中华牌”系列产品行销全国各省市、并出口五十个国家和地区。2006年我厂荣获中华人民共和国商务部认定的（注册商标“中华牌”）“中华老字号”证书。同年9月，“中华牌”体操器械被国家质量监督检验检疫总局授予“中国名牌产品”称号。2009年，“春合”牌健身器材、体育活动器械被国家工商行政管理总局商标局授予“驰名保护”称号。

“中华牌”各种系列产品均得到国际、国内的广泛认可。全套体操器械，1986年、1989年、2003年、2005年、2007年五次荣获国际体操联合会认证。“中华牌”全套体操器械，还曾荣获全国科技大会和八项重大成果奖、国家质量金奖。在二、三十年代，“中华牌”专业体操器械就被国内外的体育大赛所采用，曾博得了广泛的声誉。同时被99年在天津举办的世界体操锦标赛所选用。在2001年在北京举行的21届世界大学生运动会所选用。

2002年，春合厂与世界著名的美国波特（PORTER）公司合作成功。生产出经国际篮联（FIBA）认证，美国NBA职业篮球赛专用的1235、1535等系列，PORTER牌篮球架，曾在2004年、2007年及2010年美国NBA季前赛中国赛、2005年起历届斯坦科维奇洲级篮球冠军赛等大型国际赛事中使用，均获得圆满成功。为此，北京市体育局、北京体育竞赛管理中心等赛事主办方赋感谢信以表达对春合厂的诚挚敬意。首届斯坦科维奇洲级篮球冠军赛后，国际篮联主席程万琦先生亲笔签署感谢函，对天津春合体育用品厂在世界顶级赛事为国际篮联提供顶级篮球架表示祝贺和感谢。

“中华牌”举重杠铃系列产品包括男子比赛杠铃、女子比赛杠铃，训练用杠铃、比赛举重台，举重高台、深蹲架、卧推架、铃片架、加重器、哑铃、片铃、壶铃、镁粉盒等系列产品，比赛杠铃由杠铃杆、铃片和卡头组成，男子比赛杠铃和女子比赛杠铃是按照国际举重联合会（IWF）最新举重竞赛规则制造。

全包胶比赛杠铃，1989年被授予国家银质奖，并被国际举重联合会批准为国际“A”级杠铃，并为2008年北京残疾人奥运会和2010年广州残疾人亚运会提供全套残疾人比赛训练器材，获得了各界人事及参赛运动员教练员的一致好评。

解放后本厂又为我国的体操事业做出了新的贡献。国家体操队一代又一代新老队员，一个又一个体操冠军，也都是“中华牌”伴着他们训练、成长、为国争光。

1972年，美国前总统尼克松访华，提出想在首都体育馆看一场中国的体操表演。国家体委、体育总局的领导点名要的是本厂的“中华牌”体操器械。

体操王子李宁，不仅是“中华牌”产品的使用者，也是“中华牌”产品的鉴定者，多少次他都给予了极高的评价。

1999年天津世体赛后，国际体联女子技术委员会主席杰基?法女士称，本厂的体操器械“堪称国际一流”。世界冠军霍尔金娜和白俄罗斯选手等认为，“中华牌”器械不逊于他们以往使用过的任何器械，俄罗斯教练更是连连称道。
