台湾妙管家公司成立于1985年11月，迄今已迈入第26年，目前总公司资本额为2.46亿元，妙管家员工总数已超过1000人。

总公司位于中山高与北二高交会的汐止市，台湾工厂位于台中工业区，为了更贴近消费者，已于台北、桃园、台中、台南、高雄及花莲六处设置营业所。在台湾深耕多年，产品遍及各大通路，成为各大卖场主力品牌。随着业务对新市场的开发，业绩仍不断地成长中。自2002年起，妙管家也于中国设点，经营大中华地区。生产基地设于交通方便的江苏省太仓市，南临上海、西接昆山、北连常熟。于上海与南京设立经销据点，将台湾知名品牌推展至华东地区。

2003 11月18日设立”上海喜而适股份有限公司”，7月14日设立”苏州喜而适股份有限公司”

2002 6月26日设立太仓工厂”苏州妙管家股份有限公司，开始日本市场之生产及销售

1999 12月自购台中工厂现址

1994 5月设立台中工厂(租用)（之前为委外代工）

1985 11月成立”台湾喜而适股份有限公司”，后更改为”台湾妙管家股份有限公司”
