深圳市中医院始建于1975年，包含光明院区、福田院区、针灸分院和科教中心“一院四区”，下属机构有深圳市中医药研究所、深圳市国际中医药人才培训中心、深圳市中药制剂中心。医院于1995年成为三级甲等中医医院;1998年成为广州中医药大学首家非直属附属医院;2012年成为广州中医药大学第四临床医学院。
