英文翻译：Yadi is the first listed company of electric two wheel vehicle in China. It is a model of Chinese two wheel electric vehicle brand in terms of revenue and profitability. We adopt high-end positioning strategy and build high-end brands. Our main business is the design, research, development, manufacturing and sales of electric scooters and electric bicycles. The group is headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, with main office buildings, product R & D center and Wuxi production base, and three other production bases in Tianjin, Cixi and Dongguan. On December 31, 2015, products were sold in China through a national sales and distribution network consisting of more than 1700 distributors and their sub distributors. In the past record period, it has sold to more than 50 countries through an extensive international distribution network. According to frost Sullivan, our international sales accounted for 1.9% of China's total export of electric two wheeled vehicles in 2015. Yadi put forward "high end manufacturing strategy", including "high-end design, high-end technology, high-end quality, high-end service, export to the world" and other important deployment. For better design, we have appointed several internationally renowned design companies, Giovanni design SRL, amvdesign and Boxer design and Manufacturing Ltd. (boxer), to assist us in the development of the next generation of high-end electric two wheeled vehicles, so as to ensure that we continue to lead the industry development direction and improve our product quality and brand image. More high-tech, we have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with lightningmotors, an American company specializing in the development and manufacture of cutting-edge electric two wheeled vehicles, to jointly research and develop high-end products. On the last practical date, we hold a total of 664 patents in China, including 15 invention patents, 270 utility model patents and 379 design patents, while 48 patent applications are pending approval. In March 2014, the subsidiary Zhejiang Yadi was recognized by China National Accreditation Committee for conformity assessment, which proved that the inspection of parts of electric two wheeled vehicle of Zhejiang Yadi met the national qualification.
