发展历程

爱慕思公司是由动物营养专家保罗爱慕思(Paul Iams)于1946年在美国东岸的俄亥俄州一个名为德顿市创立的。1970年克雷马歇尔(Clay Mathile)加入爱慕思公司，并在1982年买下公司。

1999年宝洁公司收购了爱慕思公司，爱慕思公司加入宝洁公司的全球健康事业群。爱慕思宠物食品于1994年首度在中国上市，2006年到2008年间，经过一番调整，2008年再度回到中国。2014年玛氏食品收购了爱慕思公司。

The company was founded in 1946 by Paul IAMS, an animal nutrition expert, in Dayton, Ohio, on the east coast of the United States. Clay mathile joined the company in 1970 and bought it in 1982. In 1999, P & G acquired Imus, which joined the global health business group of P & G. Aimus pet food was first listed in China in 1994. From 2006 to 2008, after some adjustment, it returned to China again in 2008. In 2014, Mars food acquired the company.
