1999年9月9日：成立了“德生堂健康服务公司”，成为当时国内为数不多的公司形式的医疗机构

2003年10月组建金昌市第一家医药连锁企业------德生堂医药连锁有限公司，门店数达到10家，开辟了民营医药企业参与药品流通竞争之先河，打破了长期以来由国有医药公司一统天下的局面。

2003年12月19日：甘肃省首家通过GSP认证的连锁药店.
