1992年 公司创办人姚祖义先生开始进入水晶行业。

1993年 中外合资铁莹水晶工艺公司有限公司在浙江建德注册成立。

1995年 成为中国外商投资企业协会会员。

1997年 被建德市工商局评为重合同守信用单位。

1997年 被中国农业银行浙江省分行持续评为企业资信等级AAA级企业。

1999年“TY”（铁莹）被国家商标总局核准为注册商标。

2001年 通过ISO国际质量管理体系认证并获证书。

2001年 杭州滨江区公司总部新址动工。
