机织提花地毯生产装置分别从比利时VAN DE WIELE和德国SCHONHERR公司引进的。8色CRT83全电脑控制提花机，采用三剑杆引纬以及电子多臂等新工艺，ALPHA300NENG 能生产多种织物结构的地毯，满足不同用户对工艺的特殊要求，总生产能力达100万平方米/年。

簇绒地毯生产装置从美国C.M.C公司和TUFTCO公司及英国COBBLE公司引进的。采用伺服电机和电脑控制等技术，皆属世界水平，可生产丙纶、尼龙和羊毛等地毯。其生产能力达540万平方米/年。

公司并建有为地毯后整理配套的年产5000吨的丁苯胶乳装置，生产多种牌号，多品种的丁苯胶乳和羧基丁苯胶乳，其产品出口马来西亚等国，主要用于地毯、人造底基布、造纸等行业。高起点引进国际的工艺和设备，大跨度超前发展，使企业跻身为现代化大企业行业。
