四川东柳醪糟有限责任公司成立于1983年,位于中国醪糟之都、中国糯米之乡的大竹县月华食品园,占地面积3.5万平方米,现有员工425人,专业技术人员48人。产品有醪糟、醪糟饮料、糯米粉、汤圆心子、免煮汤圆、灯影豆干等6个品种80多个规格,年综合生产能力3万吨。产品远销北京、上海、广东等全国20多个省、市、自治区,出口加拿大、英国、法国、澳大利亚、新加坡、香港、澳门等国家和地区,是全国最大的醪糟生产、自营进出口经营企业之一。

醪糟酿造技艺被列为四川省非物质文化遗产,单瓶发酵原窝原汁醪糟新产品通过省科技成果鉴定,其工艺属国内首创,综合生产技术居国内领先水平。公司与四川省食品发酵工业研究设计院、华南理工大学、广东南联公司、广东南海潜达公司共同设计、研制开发的全国首条醪糟自动化生产线于2011年3月21日在公司竣工投产,该生产线具有国内领先水平,填补了国内无醪糟自动化生产线的空白,达到了安全卫生、节能降耗、提速增效的目标。
