马祖酒厂南竿厂前身设址于复兴村的「中兴酒厂」，成立于1956年，循古法酿酒，早年以生产老酒、高粱酒及药酒为主。1970年扩建厂房于现址，更名为马祖酒厂，始初具规模，产量逐年递增。南竿厂以生产大麴、高梁、药酒和陈年老酒受欢迎，如今由世华企业公司代理的「八八坑道」系列高粱酒，更是声名远播。

南竿厂窖藏于八八坑道中的马祖老酒，由于存放时间超过17年，香醇柔顺，口感特佳，2008年5月20日，被马英九总统指定为总统副总统就职国宴酒，经国内各大媒体大幅报导，马祖陈年老酒顿时声名大噪，销量大增。

东引酒厂草创于1956年冬，原名「中兴酒厂东引分厂」，1961年东引指挥部接管更名为东引酒厂。1979年谢久任指挥官时，斥资新台币1200万元进行扩厂，至1980年7月竣工，始具备现代化酒厂规模。东引厂以酿制高粱酒为主，包括大麴酒、高粱酒及陈年高粱酒，早年曾经生产风湿酒、黄龙酒、百子千岁酒等各式药酒，近年已停产。

历数十年来，东引厂在品质、酿造技术和产量方面，均有突破性进步，尤其以东涌陈高，远近闻名，近年来，并已成为马祖地区销量较高的白酒，曾经数度供不应求，造成缺货，由此可见东涌陈高受到欢迎的程度。

Nangan distillery of Mazu distillery was founded in 1956 by Zhongxing distillery, which was located in Fuxing village. In its early years, it mainly produced old wine, sorghum wine and medicine wine. In 1970, the factory was expanded to the current site and renamed Mazu distillery. It began to take shape and its output increased year by year. Nangan factory is popular for the production of Daqu, Gaoliang, medicinal wine and aged wine. Now, the "eight eight tunnels" series of Gaoliang wine, which is represented by Shihua enterprise company, is well-known. On May 20, 2008, Mazu old wine, which was hoarded in the tunnel of August 8 in nangan factory, was designated as the state banquet wine for president and vice president by President Ma Ying Jeou due to its mellow and smooth taste and excellent storage time of over 17 years. Dongyin winery was established in the winter of 1956, formerly known as "Zhongxing winery Dongyin branch". In 1961, Dongyin headquarters took over the name of Dongyin winery.
