鑫德大（厦门）食品有限公司位于同安轻工食品工业园区，占地面积4万平方米，建筑面积6万平方米。是泰国德大集团在中国全资投资的企业之一。工程总投资约2000万美元。 本项目共分三期建设 一期建设面积35000平方米，共含盖三栋厂房，其中一号厂房主要生产米果；二号厂房主要生产豆果、鲜贝等；三号厂房主要生产巧克力、饼干。 二期建设面积10000平方米，汇集中、日、韩三国专家。 三期建设面积15000平方米。将成为企业后续发展经营的保障。
