百度副总裁兼百度糯米CEO刘骏表示,“百度拥有技术和流量优势,糯米有多年团购经验。经过深度整合,百度糯米才推出全新的品牌。”

庆祝“3·7女生节”,百度糯米推出“我们永远是女生——百度糯米3·7女生节宠爱全国女生”活动,所有消费者只要通过百度糯米团购,并于2014年3月7日至9日完成消费,不限定时段、不限定场次,看电影K歌通通3块7,同时海量酒店和餐馆的消费折扣低于3.7折。

据透露,此次活动将覆盖全国130个城市的731家影院,2214家KTV,4308家酒店以及7875家餐厅,官方称本次活动让利规模将超过一亿元人民币。而阿里旗下的手机淘宝在3月8日也将开展促销活动,百度有意争夺3月8日的节日市场意图明显。

售后服务

2014年3月6日,百度正式宣布对糯米网进行品牌整合升级,在“百度糯米”揭开面纱之时,也开始了新的大动作——升级售后服务,推出“全场随便退”的服务机制,全场所有生活服务类团单均支持未消费退款政策。据悉从3月6日0点0分起,消费者在生效时间后支付的订单便可享受该项服务。

据了解,百度糯米“全场随便退”服务也涉及到了包括电影票、代金券、门票等在内的全部生活服务品类。退款方式主要有两种:一是在经过审核后,款项于7日内退至消费者的百度糯米账户。消费者可在下次团购时直接充抵现金使用。二是通过网络银行或支付平台进行支付的费用,将在9-12个工作日内直接返还到消费者的原账户中。

事实上,目前国内主流的团购网站大多推出了诸如“7天退换”、“未消费随时退”等措施以提高诚信度。但一个不可忽视的现实问题是,在这些相应措施中有的不能具体落实,有的只能部分执行,“区别式”售后服务严重。诸如,有部分电影票、部分代金券、以及标有不支持随买随退的团单,并不履行过期无忧退款的政策,由此饱受消费者诟病,关于完善团购售后服务机制的呼声也日益高涨。

在这种背景下,百度糯米“全网随便退”服务机制应运而生,能有效解决上述系列难题,百度糯米由此也成为团购行业第一家推出该项服务的公司。据了解,消费者在百度糯米上购买的所有的电影票、代金券、门票等生活服务品类均可享受“随便退”服务。
