地产发展方面，2010年的销售及预售收入接近人民币90亿元。在2011年年初未确认销售额已录得超过人民币80亿元，并于2011年6月底增至人民币149亿元。于2010年确认销售额稍超过人民币30亿元（毛利率超过34%）。

集团于亚太区拥有或管理十间马哥孛罗酒店，主要位处内地。另外，2012年起会有多间新酒店陆续开业。2011年3月，马哥孛罗酒店集团就其服务承诺及质素获中国酒店星光奖选为「中国最佳国际酒店管理集团」。

It focuses on the development of real estate and infrastructure business in China and Hong Kong. The group is a subsidiary of huidefeng Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 20). Jiulongcang has adhered to the vision of "creating tomorrow" for business development for 125 years. In 2010, the Group recorded a record financial performance.
