走过一个多世纪的复旦大学是我国设立工商管理教育体系的高校，早在1917年就创设了商科，并在1929年正式成立了商学院。1952年全国高校院系调整，工商管理学科教育中断。改革开放之后，复旦大学恢复管理教育，1977年开始招收管理学科专业学生，1979年成立管理科学系，1985年恢复组建管理学院。2017年，复旦大学迎来创立商科教育100年。

学科体系完整

经过三十余年的发展壮大，学院目前设有8个系、27个跨学科研究机构。学院现有一级学科博士点5个，二级学科博士点12个（含自设博士点），一级学科硕士点5个，二级学科硕士点17个（含自设硕士点）。工商管理硕士（MBA）/高级管理人员工商管理硕士（EMBA）和会计硕士（MPAcc）、国际商务硕士、金融硕士4个专业学位硕士点。本科专业7个，博士后科研流动站4个（其中1个与经济学院共同设立）。

2010年，学院又相继开设了财务管理和金融工程管理2个硕士项目、与香港城市大学合作开设工商管理学博士（DBA）项目、以及复旦大学-台湾大学合作EMBA项目。2014年，复旦大学管理学院与伦敦商学院联合开办了国际商务硕士双学位项目(Global MiM)。

师资力量雄厚

截至2016年12月，全院共有教师149人，其中教授56人、副教授61人。95.3%的教师具有博士学位，其中取得境外博士学位的有56人，占总人数的37.6%。

英文翻译：Founded in 1929, Fudan University is one of the earliest institutions of higher learning that set up the business administration education system in China. Its industrial economics is a national key discipline. It has passed the AACSB (Association of international elite business schools) international certification for more than a century. Fudan University is one of the institutions of higher learning that set up the business administration education system in China. As early as 1917, it established the business department, and formally established the business school in 1929. In 1952, with the adjustment of colleges and departments, the education of business administration was interrupted. After the reform and opening up, Fudan University resumed management education. In 1977, it began to recruit management students. In 1979, it established the Department of management science, and in 1985, it resumed the establishment of the school of management. In 2017, Fudan University ushered in 100 years of business education. After more than 30 years of development and expansion, the academic system has 8 departments and 27 interdisciplinary research institutions. At present, the college has 5 first-class discipline doctoral programs, 12 second-class discipline doctoral programs (including self established doctoral programs), 5 first-class discipline master programs and 17 second-class discipline master programs (including self established master programs). Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) and master of accounting (MPAcc), master of international business and master of finance. There are 7 undergraduate majors and 4 post doctoral research flow stations (including 1 jointly established with the school of Economics). In 2010, the college successively opened two master's programs in financial management and financial engineering management, a doctoral program in Business Administration (DBA) in cooperation with City University of Hong Kong, and an EMBA program in cooperation between Fudan University and Taiwan University. In 2014, Fudan University School of management and London Business School jointly launched the global MIM program. As of December 2016, there were 149 teachers, including 56 professors and 61 associate professors. 95.3% of teachers have doctorates, of which 56 have obtained doctorates abroad, accounting for 37.6% of the total.
