1989年,碧波渔具厂(喜曼多前身)在浙江东阳市创立,正式迈出了蹒跚的第一步;

1999年,碧波渔具厂将工厂搬迁至浙江杭州。

2000年,喜曼多钓具正式注册。10年面壁,完成从家庭作坊式的个体工厂向制造型企业过渡的过程。

2001年,喜曼多钓具公司开始转型品牌企业:推出主打品牌喜曼多(SIMAGO),并将其定位为高档消费品牌。

2003年,企业新产品研发部、设计部正式成立。

2004年,喜曼多钓具正式使用代理机制和授权销售方式,公司制定了严格的生产标准及销售政策。同年,喜曼多钓具被评为全国知名企业。 

2005年,东阳新生产基地及新的生产线正式启用,生产能力大大提高,同年开发了研工堂(PAN)、阿莎丽(asali)两个分支品牌,研工堂(PAN)定位为中高档产品,阿莎丽(asali)定位为中低档产品,销售额快速增长。

2006年,喜曼多钓具公司销售收入和利润指标均列全国同行业前列,充分发挥了公司在同行业中的领头羊作用。  

2007年,外贸部正式成立,并取得了骄人的成绩,同年,威海市喜曼多钓具有限公司正式成立,产品100%出口。同年正式进军酒店、餐饮业,杭州市喜曼多商务酒店正式成立。

现在,喜曼多已经在浙江杭州、浙江东阳、山东威海等地设立分公司及分支部门。形成了新产品、内外销协调发展的格局。

2010年,公司正式进入房地产行业,在青海、杭州等地进行地产开发。

2011年初公司收购了一家建筑公司,浙江省博远建设有限公司于9月19日正式挂牌营业。
