时事变迁，时光流逝，一九九三年万隆兼并多家企业，成立杭州万隆实业有限公司，遵循万隆“货真价实、真不二价”的百年古训，恢复加工厂，在杭州良渚工业园区建有2万余平方米的现代化工厂，专业生产万隆酱鸭、万隆香肠及万隆卤味肉制品。

●1926年，因邻家失火央及木结构的万隆腿栈，重建三层楼洋房。

●1937年，抗日战争爆发，万隆职工遣散，门店歇业。

●1943年，万隆腿栈重新开业。

●1956年，万隆腿栈公私合营，更名为“万隆火腿庄”。

●1966年，文革开始，万隆火腿庄更名为“杭州腌腊商店”。

●1989年，杭州腌腊商店恢复“万隆火腿庄”。

●1993年，万隆火腿庄、定安路肉店、炭桥菜场合并组建杭州万隆实业公司。

●2003年11月，杭州万隆实业有限公司出资购买杭州市中山中路87号房屋，将景阳观搬迁至老字号云集的河坊街。

●2004年10月，杭州万隆肉类制品有限公司搬迁至在余杭良渚勾运路52号二万余平方米的现代化工厂。

●2005年03月，杭州景阳观调料酱品有限公司将酱菜生产全部搬迁至萧山党湾的萧山分公司。
