bauhaus，于1991年正式成立，首间店铺位于尖沙咀，专售国际的潮流服装品牌。开业不久，其后于1995年在尖沙咀开设首间bauhaus 旗舰店，主力售卖多国经典牛仔裤品牌，在2005年5月，bauhaus跨进另一个高峰-在港上市。
除了引入世界各地备受时装界注目的设计师品牌外，bauhaus于1994年推出自家品牌TOUGH Jeansmith，并开设连锁店，产品系列由服装到提包、背囊以致配饰，一应俱全，凭着其别具创意的设计，迅速成为香港其中一个流行服饰品牌，成功于本地时装界占一席位。及后，于2002年及2005年分别再推出两个自家品牌，以售卖时款女装衣饰为主的Salad 及以军事为设计意念的80/20，让消费者有更多选择，也为bauhaus开拓不同风格。
现时bauhaus之零售店遍布香港和世界各地，在港澳地区，bauhaus及旗下其它品牌分店合共超过70多间，而在中国及世界各地有超过200个销售点，在时装界占一席位。
