2014年6月新厂建成投产。新建成的钣金生产流水线，生产加工设备全部由国内厂家购进。具有生产加工精度高、速度快、质量稳定、成品率高等特点。所配备的数条数控剪、冲、折、焊、钣金等自动生产流水线、5台数控机器人自动焊接设备、80余台套普通剪、冲、折设备已投入生产，二氧化碳保护焊、激光自动焊接等现代技术为产品的精细度加工打下坚实基础。
三条全自动喷涂生产线由德国喷涂设备公司设计，采用立体自动化静电喷涂工艺。该喷涂线由前处理系统、喷粉室、固化炉三部分组成，并配备瑞士金马公司自动喷枪、日本干燥器设备，静电喷涂工艺采用天然气、电子恒温、环保节能技术，流水线按以下程序，即：工作水洗——脱脂——水洗——磷化——水洗——喷粉——固化——喷塑——加温烘烤——合格产品。所有喷涂产品在表面质量、平整均匀度、色彩的着色还原上均达到国际质量标准。
新线的投产无论在设备技术上，生产工艺及产品质量等方面较以往都有质的飞跃，其中在对产品加工的控制、提高生产效率、降低劳动成本等方面，都有明显改善和大幅度的提升。目前企业所生产的钢制办公家具系列产品涵盖国防、金融、科研、文教卫、商业等领域，可满足国内外各个层面客户需求。

All spraying products have reached international quality standards in surface quality, evenness, and color reduction.
