发展历程

1988年在台湾从事农产品贸易的林垦先生来到中国大陆考察； 

1989年开始了第一笔黑瓜子出口生意； 

1991年林垦先生创立了兰州正林农垦食品有限公司；

1992年正林首创手选瓜子，率先推出正林AAA级手选大片瓜子； 北京、上海、兰州、西安等到分公司成立； 

1993年南京、天津、重庆、成都、山东、沈阳、武汉、深圳分公司成立；推出正林PVC桶装系列； 

1994年杭州、广州、香港、南昌等分公司相继成立； 

1995年投资4000万人民币扩建大型厂房并引进先进设备；林垦先生发明了第一套全不锈钢密封式自动化生产线；在甘肃民勤成立正林农场；新疆、福州、郑州、西宁、银川等分公司相继成立； 

1996年从单一产品黑瓜子、发展成多元化的产品，白瓜子、葵花子、榨菜……等新产品陆续上市；下属企业正浩包装公司、正盛食品公司成立；首家进口美国葵花子，并加工内销，成为美国葵花子最大进口商； 

1998年公司实施细致化销售体系，销售网络遍及全国各个城市； 

1999年下属企业上海彼得塑胶制品公司成立；推出正林PET桶装“一桶天下”系列产品；引进全套食品制氮机，部分产品实现无菌充氮气包装；推出笋豆、金雕瓜子、美国系列、枣系列、大师酱油系列等新产品； 

2000年积极推进绿色食品认证及ISO9001：2000国际质量体系认证； 

2001年通过ISO9001：2000国际质量认证，并一直按照ISO9001：2000标准体系运行；黑瓜子、白瓜子、葵花子三个品种经中国绿色食品发展中心认证，获得绿色食品证书；下属分厂泰安正林食品厂成立；
