华天饮食集团公司是2004年12月根据西城区委区政府和区国资委的决定，由北京华天饮食集团公司母体和北京万方实业总公司母体合并重组而成立的大型国有商贸集团公司.公司拥有全资企业和控股企业70余家，共有经营网点274个。

第三版块食品加工零售业态，由子公司北京万方有限公司经营。该子公司是在原北京万方实业总公司的基础上改制而成的有限公司。目前主要经营天福号食品厂、桂香村南味食品和元长厚茶叶等。
