南京大学商学院，起源于1902年三江师范学堂时期的商科，1952年中国大学院系调整时，南京大学的经济学科和管理学科调整到其他院校。1978年，南京大学恢复经济学系；1986年，成立管理学系；1988年，成立南京大学国际商学院；2000年，国际商学院更名为商学院。

自1988年成立以来，南京大学商学院逐步形成了多学科协调发展的格局，目前设有经济学院和管理学院，其中经济学院有经济学系、国际经济贸易系、金融与保险学系、产业经济学系4个系以及人口研究所，管理学院有工商管理系、会计学系、营销与电子商务系和人力资源管理学系4个系。全院拥有本科专业11个，硕士点（含MBA，EMBA，MPAcc，国际商务，金融，审计）17个，一级学科博士学位授权点3个（理论经济学、应用经济学、工商管理），二级学科博士点12个，博士后流动站3个（理论经济学、应用经济学、工商管理），教育部人文社会科学研究基地1个（南京大学长江三角洲经济社会发展研究中心），教育部长江学者创新团队1个。

商学院还与荷兰马斯特里赫特管理学院、美国康奈尔大学、约翰·霍普金斯大学、密苏里大学、德国哥廷根大学开展了多项合作，共同培养优秀的国际化管理人才。2013年6月10日，南京大学商学院正式获得国际精英商学院协会（简称“AACSB”）认证。

Economics and management are well-known business school of Nanjing University in China. It originated from the Business School of Sanjiang Normal University in 1902. When the Department of China University was adjusted in 1952, the economics and management disciplines of Nanjing University were adjusted to other universities. In 1978, the Department of economics was restored to Nanjing University; in 1986, the Department of management was established; in 1988, the International Business School of Nanjing University was established; in 2000, the international business school was renamed as the business school. Since its establishment in 1988, the Business School of Nanjing University has gradually formed a pattern of multi-disciplinary coordinated development. At present, it has an economic college and a management college, including four departments of economics, international economy and trade, finance and insurance, industrial economics, and human population research institute. The management college has a Department of business administration, accounting, marketing and e-commerce, and human resources Department of resource management.
