1998年元月，公司职工出资入股买断国有资产，实施企业改制，原安康酒厂整体改制为安康泸康酒业有限公司。2002年11月，公司进行第二次改制，组建设立“陕西泸康酒业（集团）股份有限公司”，构建了以泸康酒业公司为母体公司，以泸康销售公司、金秋家电公司、泸康饮品公司、开缸酒业公司为子公司的集团构架。形成了以白酒生产经营为主体，兼有家电营销、饮料果酒及纯净水生产等多元化的发展格局。

目前，公司已发展成为拥有土地380余亩，总资产1.5亿元，年产量逾万吨，年实现销售收入1.8亿元，年上缴税金2000万元以上的国家中二型企业。公司现有员工1000余人，其中专业技术人员260多人，具有大、中专以上学历340多人，拥有评酒委员10人。公司拥有现代化的酿酒生产设施，严密的质量检测手段和完善的管理体系。
