西凤酒始于殷商,盛于唐宋,距今已有2600多年的历史,远在唐代就已列为珍品,是我国名酒之一。凤翔是民间传说中产凤凰的地方,有凤鸣岐山、吹箫引凤等故事。唐朝以后,又是西府台的所在地,人称西府凤翔。酒遂因此而得名。史载此酒在唐代即以“醇香典雅、甘润挺爽、诸味协调、尾净悠长”列为珍品。苏轼任职凤翔时,酷爱此酒,曾有“柳林酒,东湖柳,妇人手(手工艺)”的诗句,后来传为佳话。

陕西西凤酒集团股份有限公司是1999年10月以陕西省西凤酒厂生产经营性净资产为核心,联合其他企业法人和社会法人组建的公司制企业。陕西省西凤酒厂是1956年在周恩来总理的亲切关怀下创建。2010年,股份公司进行了改制重组,股东由原来的4个增加到目前26个,实现了股权多元化。目前,股份公司总资产26亿元,占地面积86.8万平方米,员工近3000人,其中,国家级白酒评委5人,省级白酒评委15人,高级酿酒师26人,年产能约5万吨,属国家大型一档企业,是西北地区规模最大的国家名酒制造商,陕西省利税大户之一。

公司主导产品西凤酒,是中国凤香型白酒的鼻祖代表。西凤酒醇香典雅,甘润挺爽,诸味协调,尾净幽长,风格独树一帜。其“不上头、不干喉,回味愉快”,被世人称为“三绝”,誉为“酒中凤凰”。

按照宝鸡市委市政府大企业大集团发展战略规划的要求,结合白酒行业和西凤酒企业良好的发展态势,企业制定了百亿西凤发展战略规划,其主要目标是通过内涵式发展和外延式扩张相结合的战略,把西凤酒企业建成市场竞争力强、经济效益好、年销售收入过百亿元的大型企业集团,从而挺进中国白酒行业前四强。

为了实现百亿西凤目标,解决制约企业发展的产能瓶颈问题,公司启动了西凤酒扩建技改工程建设,规划在凤翔县柳林镇征地约1000亩,进行西凤酒灌装中心和制曲、原酒生产基地工程建设,工程整体分两期实施。

一期项目在厂区南侧和东侧已征地524.46亩,实施西凤酒灌装中心扩建技改项目。主要建设:成品酒灌装车间、成品酒库房、勾兑中心、锅炉车间、机电车间、办公大楼、西凤酒历史博物馆,以及物流中心、储酒罐群、环保工程、绿化工程和总体配套工程等。一期项目总投资8亿元,建设期限从2010年至2012年。

二期项目规划在厂区东侧征地500亩,实施西凤酒制曲、原酒生产基地扩建技改项目,重点解决企业原酒生产能力不足的问题,二期项目开工时间视企业发展情况而定。

目前,一期项目中的主体工程成装A、B车间、材料库,勾兑中心等配套项目已接近完工,可望在2012年相继竣工并投入生产,制酒车间工程也于2011年12月26日动工开建,整体工程建成后,预计年增加成品酒产量9--10万吨。
