又一村有限公司现为国有中二型企业，拥有固定资产2000多万元，主营餐饮服务，现有职工429人，国家高级、特级厨（技）师18人。英国剑桥国际名人传记协会会员、国家烹饪评委王墨泉，国家烹饪评委张力行两位中国烹饪大师担任公司技术总监。又一村公司是长沙名牌老店，创建于解放前，在国内外均具有较大的知名度。是湖南省首批涉外饭店，曾接待过欧、美、日、法、德等国及港、澳、台众多贵宾。1996年巨资从香港引进先进快餐厨房设备，率先在湖南经营快餐盒饭，逐渐壮大到1998年成为中国快餐四强之一，年销售突破四千万元。

“潇湘风味，古风犹存”，这是日本中菜名厨吴祥勇先生对又一村烹制菜品水准的高度评价。由于先后有蔡海云、王墨泉、张力行等湘菜、湘点大师的精心主理和潜心钻研，有“花菇无黄蛋”、“子龙脱袍”、“麻辣子鸡”、“烧方肉”、“银丝卷”、“菊花烧卖”等湘菜、湘点传世经典的独特制作，故又一村名声早已远扬海外，在东南亚一带尤为响亮，外宾和归侨来长也多到又一村光顾，点名品，尝名肴，又一村也以此成为湖南省首批定点涉外酒家。

快餐为近十年中国餐饮市场新生饮食文化，随社会发展进步而日显生机。1986年4月，又一村从国外引进先进快餐生产线，率先在湖南经营中式快餐业务。多年的苦心经营，又一村又先后投资1000多万元，开设了三家快餐分店，分布在长沙各主要繁华商业区。“小、便、低、薄、优、洁、快”尽显其经营特色，“规模化、集约化、标准化”经营已显端倪；“又一村快餐，又一份享受”已深入人心，“依拓业发展，靠名牌兴店”战略得到有效实施。4000多万的年销售使之跻身全国中式快餐企业四强。
