英文翻译：In the transition zone from the Mongolian Plateau to the North China Plain, there are Yanshan Mountains and the winding ancient Great Wall. In the southwest, Huailai is surrounded by the great wall and Guanting reservoir. Ruiyun winery is located in the mountains in the southeast of Huailai. Before 1998, Ruiyun winery was located in a wasteland forgotten by the world. Without the ruins of the ancient Great Wall scattered around, it's hard to think that it was once the ancient battlefield of iron and steel. Huailai is the place where the founders of Ruiyun winery began to explore the way of nature and ecology. Two generations of agricultural scientists have spent more than 50 years here engaged in field agricultural research. In 1998, the pioneers of Ruiyun winery led a team of professionals to plant grapes on 50 hectares of wasteland in Huailai. Taking into account the subtle influence of each external factor on the plant, the scientists patiently tested and carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz with high adaptability to local natural conditions as the first major planting varieties. In 2007, the main building of Ruiyun winery, including the professional cellar, was completed. A modern winery with strong northern Chinese style was officially built in this ancient battlefield. From this year on, Ruiyun winery produces vintage wines every year. Since then, the history of Ruiyun winery has continued in the cup of wine lovers.
