岷江水电拥有相对完整的电力系统，拥有权益装机总计348MW左右，其中直属铜钟、下庄、沙牌、草坡四座发电厂的装机容量约150MW 。公司共有输变线路35条，总长307多公里，其中：110KV线路16条；35KV线路13路；10KV线路6条。公司拥有4座35KV变电站和8座110KV变电站，12座变电站设备总变电容量568300KVA。

岷江水电先后参股四川福堂水电有限责任公司、黑水冰川水电开发有限公司、金川杨家湾水电力开发有限公司、理县九加一水电开发有限责任公司、汶川浙丽水电开发有限公司、天威四川硅业有限责任公司等，并不断加强规范管理，优化资产结构，提高对外投资收益。
