截止2017年12月，主要工艺装备包括：6座60孔6米焦炉，3座360平方米烧结机，3座2500立方米高炉，1座1750立方米高炉，3座210吨转炉，3座80吨转炉，7台板方坯连铸机、4100mm宽厚板生产线，2700mm中厚板生产线，1780mm热连轧薄板带生产线以及高速线材、棒材、型材生产线。各工序产能包括：焦炭360万吨/年，烧结矿1270万吨/年，生铁750万吨/年，钢830万吨/年，钢材745万吨/年。主要产品包括：热轧薄板350万吨/年，中厚板280万吨/年，型材30万吨/年，棒材50万吨/年，线材35万吨/年，具备年产830万吨钢生产能力。
公司为钢铁全流程生产线，生产部门有焦化、烧结、炼铁、炼钢、三条轧制生产线，以及物运部、维检部、商贸公司；管理及服务部门有办公室（党群工作部、董事办）、财务绩效部、人力资源部、风险管控部、安全环保部、纪委监察部（监事办）、运行中心、技术中心、能控中心、保障中心。另外，公司拥有靖江华东商贸有限公司、重庆市重钢建材销售有限责任公司等2家全资子公司；靖江三峰钢材加工配送有限公司为公司的控股子公司；以及在北京、上海、广东、厦门、四川、重庆等地的6个区域销售分公司。随着公司营销战略布局的调整，分、子公司将逐步关闭。

The main products include: hot rolled sheet 3.5 million tons / year, medium and thick plate 2.8 million tons / year, profile 300000 tons / year, bar 500000 tons / year, wire 350000 tons / year, with an annual production capacity of 8.3 million tons of steel.
