捷奥比电动车有限公司，目前属于东方前海资产管理有限公司，系中国颇大的金融机构之一东方资产管理股份有限公司的控股子公司。东方公司注册资本金由中国财政部出资设立。捷奥比前身为好孩子儿童自行车事业部，2007年，昆山捷奥比电动车有限公司成立，专注于发展锂离子电动自行车和老年人健康出行产品。2017年5月，东方前海资产管理有限公司通过重整获得捷奥比100%的股权及资产。
