1993年，首届全国十佳律师岳成创办了以自己名字命名的北京岳成律师事务所，是以法律顾问为主营业务的大型专业化律师事务所。目前，岳成所在上海、广州、深圳、杭州、南京、西安、成都、重庆、哈尔滨、大庆、三亚设有分所，在美国纽约设有代表处。

At present, Yuecheng has branches in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Harbin, Daqing and Sanya, and representative offices in New York. Yuecheng Institute now has more than 160 practicing lawyers, which have collected professional talents trained by law schools at home and abroad. Lawyers are divided into 12 professional departments. Yuecheng office has an existing office area of more than 5700 square meters, all of which have property rights. Among them, the office area of Beijing general office is 2200 square meters, which is one of the law firms with good office conditions in Beijing.
