2014年，中国核能电力股份有限公司运行机组平均负荷因子超过90％，各项运行指标居于国内领先地位，两台运行机组WANO排名世界第一，六台机组位于世界优秀行列。2014年机组发电量527.7亿千瓦时、主营收入188亿元、利润总额61.6亿元。机组发电量、主营收入、利润总额连续三年稳步上升。
