发展历程

2001年9月，无锡尚德太阳能电力有限公司成立。

2002年9月，尚德电力第一条10兆瓦生产线正式投产，相当于国内前四年的总产量。

2005年10月，尚德电力在美国纽约证券交易所挂牌上市，标志着尚德国际化战略的加速升级。

2006年8月，尚德收购了MSK公司，该公司是日本最大的光伏制造商之一，并在光伏建筑一体化行业（BIPV）名列首位。此次收购将尚德的生产力增加至300MW。

2008年12月，尚德年生产量达到1GW，同年成立尚德光伏技术研究院。
