德胜（苏州）洋楼有限公司（以下简称德胜公司）成立于1997年，是美国联邦德胜公司（FEDERAL TECSUN,INC.）在中国苏州工业园区设立的全资子公司，它的前身是美国联邦德胜公司在中国上海设立的代表处。德胜公司从事美制现代木（钢）结构住宅及公用建筑的研究、开发设计及建造，是中国境内第一家取得资质和从事现代轻型木结构房屋施工的企业。同时还兼做教育、公益慈善等事业。

中国苏州总部占地约30亩，自己设计与建造了“波特兰小街花园”，作为美制轻型木结构项目的样板社区；在苏州独墅湖高教区建造了“德胜楼”，成为公司日常办公和运营的中心；在昆山市千灯镇购地181亩，建设“德胜昆山工业园”，作为公司的工业生产基地；公司年生产加工能力可以满足1000栋以上的木结构别墅工程所需全部材料（按平均每幢300平米计）。
