1958年，李孝益先生创立了三益。不久后公司开始大量制造立式钢琴，短短的八年时间三益成为韩国第一家出口钢琴的企业。1970年初，三益公司成为韩国最大规模的制造商，拥有制琴和生产吉他的工人超过三千人。
