上海农产品中心批发市场(简称“上农批”)是上海人民的大“菜篮子”。市场规划面积500亩,现实际经营面积380余亩,是上海市较大的综合性农产品批发市场。上农批于1998年投入运营,2002年由深圳市农产品股份有限公司控股(股票代码:000061)。上农批是农业部定点市场,是商务部等13部委认证的全国四大绿色样板市场之一。2017年市场实现总交易量180万吨、总交易额150亿元。

一、蔬菜交易区的蔬菜来自全国28个省市自治区的农产品主产区,现日交易量达2000吨。其中,郊菜交易量日均500吨。形成了客菜一级直发交易区、郊菜直发区、根块类交易区、蔬菜配送区等。

二、猪肉交易区是上海市较先采用轨道式悬挂、电子射频及电子计量技术,实现全程电子化代理结算的交易区。日交易量4000头左右,占到上海市每日总量的30%。是华东六省市及河南等地区生猪的重要销售地。在黄浦江两岸、各大标准化菜市场建立“上农批”猪肉品牌专柜近900家。

三、牛羊肉交易区是上海市采用全电子结算交易模式的牛羊肉交易区,牛羊肉交易量日均500头左右,并在各标准化菜市场开设了近100家“上农批”牛羊肉品牌专柜。

四、水果交易区是上海市规模较大的水果批发集散地,每年交易量达60万吨,占到上海水果批发量的40%。市场承接了上海“百年十六铺”水果市场搬迁的近百家商户,并吸引了来自全国主要水果产区企业入驻。

五、2011年国家检验检疫局在批发市场内设立进境水果集中查验场库的启用,来自50多个国家进口果品贸易商纷至沓来,每年进口水果查验量40万吨,约占上海进口水果的45%。

六、冰鲜水产区是上海较大的冰鲜水产集散地,每年交易量突破15万吨。

近年来,上农批顺应时代的发展,加大业务转型步伐:

一是推出了手机APP交易平台“上农鲜品”,把部分标准化产品从线下搬到线上,实现了基地订单、APP交易、批发市场中转集配的新型业务模式。

二是打造了上海农批市场生鲜电商孵化基地。目前,入驻生鲜电商企业41家,年网上交易额超过3亿元。生鲜电商基地采用新型O2O模式,创建“基地+市场+实体批发市场+生鲜电商”模式,为入驻的生鲜电商提供“一站式”服务,推动行业发展。
