2007年，为了能兼顾好产品质量、研究开发以及提升产能的三重需求，Neogence开先例，创立品牌专属的保养品研发实验室与工厂，保障所有霓净思出品的商品都是台湾研发制造。时至今日，谢玠扬、蔡松霈依旧坚持当年草创时期的理念，开发安全、迅速、有效的产品，解决肌肤问题。
