金楚化肥位于有中国磷都之称的钟祥市境内，交通便利，基础设施完备。公司占地面积280余亩，截止2010年底，资产总额3.12亿元，职工460人，总氨生产能力为15万吨/年（其中甲醇3万吨/年），碳铵12万吨/年。
