青岛特殊钢铁有限公司（简称青岛特钢）于2017年5月15日正式加入中信泰富特钢集团。其始建于2013年，是青钢集团“十二五”期间通过实施搬迁新成立的新型环保钢铁企业，产能417万吨。于2015年11月一期建成投产。

青岛特钢总占地9300余亩，位于青岛西海岸经济新区胶南市董家口临港产业区，紧邻新建的董家口港40万吨级矿石码头，且筹建了青岛特钢专用矿石泊位和钢材发运泊位。

青岛特钢主要建有7.2米焦炉、320m2*2烧结机、1800m3高炉、100吨转炉及精炼连铸、专业化精品线、棒材生产线，整体设计布局紧凑，均采用节约成本、节约能源、环保等技术。同时建有CCPP发配电、给排水、能源综合利用、制氧、炉渣微粉、三废处理等环保与循环经济相关配套项目。
