2005年11月1日，丹佛斯收购海利公司，并更名为浙江海利普电子科技有限公司。原海利公司创建于2001年，位于浙江省海盐经济开发区，距离上海市100公里。海利普已经获得ISO9002质量认证，是中国变频器市场最大的生产厂商之一，在中国各地拥有成熟的销售网络。海利普电子科技有限公司生产的变频器还将以海利普品牌以及现有销售网络在国内销售。

2006年9月1日，丹佛斯与钦宝公司签定并购协议，购买其板式热交换器的资产和业务。钦宝公司成立于1993年，位于浙江省杭州市，现有120名员工从事开发、生产和销售钎焊板式换热器。并购后新公司的名称为丹佛斯钦宝（杭州）热交换器有限公司，将成为丹佛斯制冷和空调部的一部分。
