2007年深圳市绿色半导体照明有限公司正式成立。

2008年同“清华大学深圳研究生院”达成合作，同年推出LED侧发光平板灯、超薄筒灯，创造了LED照明灯具的新品类。

2009年LED平板灯的出口销售突破3万套，成为国内LED平板灯制造商。

2010年增资2000万元，侧发光系列产品全年出口突破10万套。

2012年同“北京大学宽禁带半导体研究中心”达成合作，联合开发DLED直发光平板灯，并获得该产品的发明专利。

2016年同“哈萨克斯坦”签订智慧城市建设协议，并计划于2017年3月份完成阿拉木图市的样板工程，正式拉开了一带一路66个国家智慧城市建设的序幕。

英文翻译：In 2007, Shenzhen green Semiconductor Lighting Co., Ltd. was officially established. In 2008, we reached a cooperation with Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University. In the same year, we launched LED side light-emitting flat lamp and ultra-thin downlight, creating a new category of LED lighting lamps. In 2009, the export sales of LED flat lamp exceeded 30000 sets, becoming a domestic LED flat lamp manufacturer. In 2010, the investment was increased by 20 million yuan, and the annual export of side lighting products exceeded 100000 sets. In 2012, we reached a cooperation with "wide band gap semiconductor research center of Peking University" to jointly develop the dled direct light-emitting flat lamp and obtain the invention patent of the product. Lighting is the building itself, the foundation of urban lighting smart city. At present, the company has more than 70 self owned patents on LED lighting applications, including 5 invention patents. In 2014, the intelligent park management platform was officially established and developed. In 2015, we reached a cooperation with Dr. Du Guangdong, a research expert of China's smart city, to develop the "City three-dimensional perception network", making street lighting a key node of smart city. In 2016, city one belt, one road project, was signed with Kazakhstan. The plan for Almaty's model project was completed in March 2017. It officially opened the prelude to the construction of smart city in 66 countries along the way. Professional because of concentration, wonderful because of diligence! One belt, one road, the other ten cities, has been developing in the past 66 years. It has created a new era of LED lighting. In the future, green lighting and smart city will become the strength of thousands of cities in the 66 cities.
