At present, Xianggang has the technical equipment and a complete set of scientific production technology for the whole process of coking, sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking and rolling, with an annual production capacity of 10 million tons of steel, total assets of nearly 50 billion yuan, and 15800 on-the-job employees. Xianggang has constructed three systems of lean production, integration of marketing, research and production and marketing service, constantly adjusted the variety structure, sought to create value for customers, and strived to realize the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise from Yougang to special steel.
