江西章贡酒业有限责任公司是江西省重点白酒生产企业之一,前身为江西赣州酒厂,创建于1952年,由国家收购私人企业万源协记酒栈而成立,后经公私合营等方式,公司规模逐渐扩大。1997年7月,赣州酒厂将大部分优良资产投入到“江西赣南果业股份有限公司”;2002年5月新华社中国新闻发展深圳公司正式控股赣南果业;2007年4月公司更名为江西章贡酒业有限责任公司。

新厂于2006年11月开始建设,2008年完成一期建设并投入使用,一期投资1.5亿元;二期工程建成后,年产白酒将达到3-4万吨,产值达5-8亿元。新厂占地350亩,建设了国内先进、省内一流的勾调中心,气势恢宏的灌装车间,大容量的储酒罐,地下储酒窖池,还有宋代建筑风格的办公、营销大楼,别致的“酒文化博物馆”等。

自1984年以来,公司业绩每年均以两位数的速度增长;1989年开始连续十九年利税总额位居江西省同行业前茅;2003年以来一直被国家统计局工交统计司、中国食品工业协会评为“中国白酒工业百强企业”;连续多年被赣州市人民政府评为“最佳企业”。
