Up to the dignitaries, down to the peddlers, we all heard the name of duixiao. Once, a middle-aged scholar like man came to the restaurant to eat wonton. After eating it, he praised it very much. Then he wrote a couplet of "ten steps to smell the Pilgrims and five flavors to make people laugh". When gudui thought it was good, he found someone to carve and hang it on the door. Today, the reputation of "dui'erxiao" is still passing on. After decades of development and innovation, it is still proud of the food industry and presents itself to the world with a new attitude.
