扇贝苗种场，总投资1380万元，占地59亩，建设面积9800平方米，水体18000立方米，主要包括贝母车间、贝苗生产车间、养殖示范池、仓库、机电房、办公宿舍楼、供排水系统、消防环保、质量监控和卫生处理系统。按标准工厂化技术流程工艺，每年可孵化贝苗苗种18万亿粒，年产值约345万元。该种苗基地是目前海南省规模较大贝类培育基地。

扇贝生态养殖基地，项目投资5980万元，陆上建设规模占地138亩，养殖用海6600亩，已建成扇贝海洋生态养殖基地2800亩，年产墨西哥湾成品扇贝1000吨、华贵栉孔扇贝商品扇1900吨，实现年总产值4600万元。

贝苗种繁育中心，当前与科研院校进行热带水产新品养殖技术研究或技术合作，专注于提高海产品养殖技术含量，促进海南省水产农业产业化发展，增强企业市场竞争力。现阶段主要研发的海产品：墨西哥湾扇贝、华贵栉孔扇贝、太平洋单体牡蛎苗种及养殖技术研究。
